Request a Transcript

Official copies of transcripts are those provided by the Registrars Office of Toccoa Falls College and mailed directly to a college, business, etc. requested by the student or alum. Some colleges may accept a transcript as official if delivered by the student in a sealed envelope from TFC. Check with the recipient for their requirements.

In order to protect the privacy of student records, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1973 as amended, requires a student signature for each transcript request. Because of this, telephone requests can not be honored. There is no charge for the release of transcripts; however, the college only releases transcripts for students who do not have outstanding balance.

To request a transcript, please print and fully complete a transcript request form and mail it to the address indicated on the form, or fax to 706-282-6011. You may also scan the completed form with your signature and attach to an email to registrar@tfc.edu. If your name has changed since you attended TFC, please fax or mail a copy of your marriage license or court order documentation of legal name change so that we may update your transcript and records.

Degree & Enrollment Verifications

Student Enrollment Self-Service

Using Student Enrollment Self-Service you can:

  • Print enrollment verification certificates to send to health insurers, housing providers or other organizations requiring proof of your enrollment
  • Check the deferment forms and electronic notifications sent to your lenders
  • Obtain a list of your student loan lenders and link to real-time loan information
  • View your enrollment history
  • View enrollment verifications provided to student service providers at your request

You can access Student Self-Service 24/7 by logging on to myTFC, Forms Online, External Links Group, using your student logon and password.

Student Self-Service enables all current Toccoa Falls College students to print official enrollment verification certificates on demand via our secure student portal, myTFC, at no charge.

Non-Student Degree and Enrollment Verification Requests

For all non-student requests for enrollment certifications and degree verifications, Toccoa Falls College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:
