Financial Aid

Financial Aid

Over ninety-five percent of the students attending Toccoa Falls College receive institutional aid in the form of scholarships or grants from the college to assist with the cost of attendance.  In addition, over forty percent of the students qualify for federal grants and about half of the students receive assistance from the state of Georgia. The generosity of donors adds more funded and endowed scholarships. For those students desiring additional support, federal loans are available with repayment deferred until after graduation. Students qualifying for federal workstudy jobs may also seek employment on campus.

Financial aid counselors work closely with students and their parents to help them navigate the financial aid process. It begins with submission of the TFC Financial Aid Application and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid [FAFSA].  An award letter is issued to students, outlining all of the approved aid. Students may then choose whether to accept any of the student or parent loans available. The Student Financial Aid office is located on the third floor of Earl Hall [extension #5435].

With all of the financial aid options open to students and the friendly help of the Financial Aid office staff, Toccoa Falls College is a very affordable choice for students to acquire their college degree.
